I'm Hannah Gomez, its nice to meet you! I'm a Graduate Gemologist, custom jewelry designer, and the proud owner of Hannah's Fine Jewelry based in Naperville, IL just outside of Chicago.
I specialize in creating deeply personal, one-of-a-kind pieces that blend artistry, precision, and soul. Fine jewelry often outlives us, leaving behind a reminder of who we were and how we adorned ourselves. Creating custom jewelry that is deeply personal to you and that tells your story is my absolute passion. With a background in fine art, years of experience in both luxury retail and custom manufacturing, and a love for storytelling through design, I work one-on-one with clients all over the world to turn their most celebrated moments into heirloom-quality jewelry.
With that being said not everything needs to be custom made — I also offer my clients any jewelry under the sun that is more classic by nature, such as wedding bands, diamond studs, chains, hoops, tennis bracelets, etc. If a good design already exists in whatever category you're looking for, I will tell you about it and show it to you before going straight to a custom conversation. I am a full service retailer and while custom is my jam, finding a piece that works for you is my #1 priority regardless of if I designed it or not. I personally believe that a blend of classic and complex pieces achieves a beautifully balanced jewelry style.
Each piece from Hannahs Fine Jewelry comes with an appraisal and complimentary repairs for 5 years. I am happy to say that in the 5 years I have been in business so far, I have not had anything need repair thanks to intentional design, hand-selecting expert jewelers to make each piece, and strict quality control. In the event that life happens though, I am here for you.
Outside the studio, I serve as Vice President of the Women's Jewelry Association Chicago Chapter and love supporting other artists, entrepreneurs, and small businesses in our community.

In the 4 years I've been open so far, the custom projects I have been commissioned to make have ranged from 2-8,000 in gold or platinum, excluding any larger diamonds or gemstones.
Custom, by nature, requires more manufacturing costs than mass produced jewelry you can find online or in stores. Because of this, clients typically reserve this service for their more meaningful or sentimental jewelry purchases like engagement rings, family birthstone rings, commemorative or memorial jewelry, heirloom jewelry repurposing/redesigns, and truly one of a kind pieces.
